Low weight (BMI)
I tried many things Ayurveda/ Weight Gainers etc. but I'm not gaining weight , what to do ? I'm around 6 feet tall and skinny. Please suggest me something

Dear Friend, Before you embark on some weigh gain program, first get your blood check up done for thyroid problem and diabetes are these are the most common reason for low weight. If these reports are normal, then increase intake of carbohydrates ( wheat, rice, banana) in your diet, eat more protieins ( egg white, protien powders, mushrooms, nuts, brocolli), it is safer to gain muscle mass than fat. So start working out. Once your muscles develop your weight will increase.
