LOW VITAMIN D LEVEL
My Hydroxy Vitamin D- Serum level is 6.44 ng/ml. Should I be worried for this and take any supplements for the same? The Vitamin B12 level is also low and is around 93pg/ml. Should I consult a doctor? Kindly help.
