My Hydroxy Vitamin D- Serum level is 6.44 ng/ml. Should I be worried for this and take any supplements for the same? The Vitamin B12 level is also low and is around 93pg/ml. Should I consult a doctor? Kindly help.

Yes definitely you need to start taking medicine for both
Otherwise such severe deficiency of both can lead to serious complications like bone weakness and all
For further kindly consult online or see a general physician near you.
