Low Vitamin D Level
In my wife recent health check up her Vitamin Level has come as 6 pts whereas in range it shows 20 as minimum. Please suggest how can we increase it to acceptable level

Vitamin D3 supplementation can be given orally, initially at a high dose. Once the blood level reaches normal, a maintenance dose is needed. Daily exposure of skin to sunlight is important.
