Low vitamin B12 and D3
Hello I just got tested for vitamin B12 and D3 and the levels are very low. I was feeling weak and fatigued even after waking up for a long time so thought of doing the tests. I have uploaded the screenshot of the results below. Based on this, how do I improve the levels. What should I do ideally?

Low of vitamin D and B12 , both should be corrected with supplements + diet + life’s because deficiency can cause fatigue, weakness, nerve problems, bone pain and low immunity 1. For B12 Me cobalamin 1500 mcg daily for 2-3 months Add in diet Eggs, fish , chicken, milk, curd, fortified cereal, paneer 2. For vitamin D Cholecalciferol 60K IU once weekly for 8 weeks, then once monthly for maintenance Morning sun exposure daily 15-20 minutes (8-10 am ) Egg yolk, oily fish , fortified milk, mushrooms exposed to sunlight
