Low vit D and sun exposure
My vit D is 18 I dont want to take supplements I want to cure it naturally By taking daily sun exposure for 30 min at 11am and eating eggs every alternative. Day and having raagi in diet In how many days can i increase my vit d this way? In how many days will it come back to sufficient amount It is 18 ..in how many days it will turn 30+ with the above routine???
