Low TSH and High T3
Taking hypothyroidism from 3 years. Earlier was on Thyronorm 75. Later reduced to Thyronorm 62.5. Last month TSH was 6.94, t3-0.95 and t4-11.38. This month TSH is 0.09. t3 2.61 and t4-9.74. Please suggest.

Current thyroid tests show hyperthyroidism or overactive thyroid. This puts a strain on the heart to cause fast heart rate/ palpitations and cause bone breakdown or weak bones. The dose of thyroxine is higher than your requirement. Dose of thyronorm needs to be decreased

The dose of thyroxin needs to be adjusted based on TSH value. And it’s around 6-8 weeks for TSH to stabilise. The dose to be prescribed now can be decided only after a detailed consultation
