I have low transferrin levels(165) with normal hemoglobin (13). Even urea in less with normal liver and kidney conditions. What is the reason for low level transferrin and urea in blood?i have gallstones is it related to it?

Transferrin as the name suggests is a protein produced by liver which helps in transportation of iron in our body. It's low levels may be either due to it's low production by liver or excessive excretion by the kidneys.

Low urea is not to be worried about generally. It's a waste product of protein metabolism. Take adequate quantity of proteins daily.
