Low testosterone
My testosterone is very low, it 317ng/dl, and its giving me problems, i'm having anxiety issues, high anger, fatigue, and from past 1 week my body is very warm, specially mu face and neck, i think i'm having hot flashes, thermometer is showing normal body temperature, my doctor did all baseline diagnosis test, and all of them came fine, i workout daily for about 60-75 minutes, also i eat healthy, but from past 1 week i'm unable to workout because of this, what should i do to get back to normal life??, i don't want to do trt therapy, is there any natural way to increase testosterone??
