Low testosterone
I think I have got symptoms that indicate some hormonal problems. - No or very very little facial hair + very little body hair, no hair on chest; - Gynecomastia - diagnosed by a doctor - Wide hips - Fat around the waist - Narrow shoulders - Lanky body (6ft5) + long limbs - problems with maintaining an erection - Constantly sleepy and tired - never woke up refreshed and energised - Can go a week without even thinking about sex - feeling down, low and grumpy, suicidal

u need to be investigated with serum testosteroneLH and FSH.  your clinical findings are indicating to a particular conditions.  consult endocrinologist
