Why you are worried about milk supply. Tell me weight gain of the baby. Frequent sucking at breasts increase milk due to hormones. No special foods are required to milk production except normal foods.
Human milk is easily digested so baby cries for more. That is normal.
You can continue lactare if ur are very worried about the milk supply but as long as the baby s weight gain is good ur milk supply is perfect . Keep monitoring the baby's weight gain . Keeping hand in mouth can also a be a habitual thing baby has picked up
How old is ur baby?
If the baby is already six months old don’t bother how much is the breast milk you’re getting
What u have is enough try to give him complimentary feeds like rice fruits etc
