Ayurveda don't work on "complain:medicine" pattern.
Any problem should get understood by means of its causative factors. Then only a pinpoint medicine can be given.
Same happen in your case. Proprietary medicines are only disease oriented they should be used after understanding the causative factors plus the content of medicines.
Rather than using such medicine by advertisement or someone's opinion. Better get checked up by a genuine ayurveda doctor ,so that you can get proper ayurveda treament to get rid of this problem.

Hello.......Are you planning for baby?? Testosterone will increase sperm count, 20 million sperm per ml is sufficient for conception.. Some times you can succeed even in low count, mobility and structure of sperm should be normal ... Consult general physician....
