Oligospermia - Low sperm
Hello,
I am facing an issue of low sperm count. Semen analysis test showed sperm count as 10 million. Other factors like motility, ph are ok. Kindly suggest whether there is anything to worry. If yes, please suggest a treatment. Whether I should consult ayurveda or homeopathy doctor ? I dont smoke or drink. Thanks !

It is suggested to take tab shilapravanga special 1 tab before food with phalaghrut and milk. And 1 spoon of ashwagandhadi churnam after breakfast with milk and ghee.
Maintain celibacy for 2 months.
