⢠Progressive motility: 12% (reduced)
⢠Total motility: 30% (reduced)
⢠Normal morphology: 1% (significantly reduced)
⢠Abnormal forms: 99%
These findings suggest reduced sperm motility (asthenozoospermia) along with poor morphology (teratozoospermia). However, a single semen analysis should not be the sole basis for treatment decisions because sperm parameters can vary over time.
Before suggesting any treatment, I would like to know:
⢠How long have you been trying for conception?
⢠Have you had a repeat semen analysis?
⢠Any history of varicocele, diabetes, thyroid disorder, obesity, smoking, alcohol, or tobacco use?

⢠Wife's age and fertility evaluation status?
