9 weeks 2 days pregnancy normal conceiving after 7.5 year after mrg. Scan is ok bt my blood test report shows my plt count is only 84.. is it okey or not how I increase my plt count fastly ... Reports attached

Pregnancy can cause decrease in platelet count. But there are other causes too.

Repeat CBC after one week. If still same or further decreased, additional tests to be done
