Low platelets count
Recently lab test showed patelets 129x10- all other part in CBC are normal. C-reactive protein 1.3 only on Hytrin 2mg hs and occasion take motrin no bleeding tendency no arthritis stool ocult blood negative. Feel tire all the time.What should I do? Should I ask to DC hytrin and change to other? thanks

Hello dear patient low platelet count can be due to many factors for which detailed history and clinical examination is required, information provided by you is not sufficient to find the cause of low platelets. Regarding weakness and tiredness, since you are taking hytrin (terazosin), this medicines has common side effect of causing tiredness, called asthenia.
