Low platelet
I've been headache, dizzy, headache and having fatigue because of low platelet count and I would like to ask for best solutions. Through what I have heard, this case only happens to older people but it falls on me. I am only 26 years old.

I would advise you to meet a hematologist so that you can be properly assessed and undergo investigations to find the underlying cause of the problem. You can have papaya leaf juice or papaya leaf extract tablet/syrup which would help with increasing the platelet levels. Kindly be careful and note any bleeding problems, at the first sight of uncontrolled bleeding visit the ER at the earliest.
