Low platelet count

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I had fever on 23 October after that when I examined my platelet count it was 132000 after that I had pain in body and experienced fatigue and on 29 october I found my platelet count 110000 and found dengue positive and redness on body . After that on 30 october I feel normal and no symptom just itchyness which is rarely but my platelet count is 106000 today .. what is wrong with me and what is the reason behind this ?
