Low on sexual desire and stamina...
I m feeling low sexual desire and low stamina. Doing exercise and running (10min)daily. Vit b12, vit d3 and testosterone are in normal range.

Hello, Both the issues are related to eachother and can be overcome. Your frequency of having sex is too less compared to your current marital status. It should ideally be twice or thrice a week. I believe you have been indulged in doing Masturbation and watching porn. The other issue as described by you above is termed as premature ejaculation when you ejaculate even before reaching the orgasm. Your both the issues are in a way related to each other. There is a possibility you might further develop performance anxiety as the memory of past failure would be running at the back of your mind each time you indulge in some sexual activity. However the issues are not a major cause to worry as there are medications and treatment available for the same. We need to make some lifestyle modifications which would further help on resolving our issue.
