Low Metabolism
I am maintaining Healthy eating habbits and completely discarded junkies, cold drinks and maida for almost 3-4 years now. Still I feel that my weight is not going down after regular strength training workout. I feel that my metabolism is not that good. Any suggestions/course if experts would like to suggest to get my metabolism at its peak?

Natural way to increase metabolism is doing regular exercise. Don’t ever think of any exogenous drugs.

Calorie in and calorie out data to be taken properly. And make sure u maintain calorie deficit!.. u can lose weight even by eating junk food!!.. that is not what determines weight loss... calorie deficit is what determines ur weight loss... high protein low calorie filling food along with strength training will help u

Brisk walk 30 minutes per day. Do regular walk and exercises. Diabetic diet.
