Hello good evening Low lying placenta will migrate upwards as pregnancy advances. As you have previously spotting, you better to avoid such prolonged travel. Connect with me online for detail consultation

Hi. You can wait till 22 weeks and that time do a target scan in which placenta will also be seen . That time you can travel with small breaks in the journey .

If you are able to feel fetal movements well and spotting has stopped there is no urgency for ultrasound
Next Steps
Anomaly scan needs to be done at around 20-24 weeks You can do that on appointment basis
