Low levels of Vitamin d
From my medical test i found that Vitamin D level is very low: 5.27 ng/ml I have been advised to have calcirol sachet (60K IU) as per below schedule: week 1: Total 3 Sachets every alternative day (e.g. Mon, Wed, Fri) week 2: Total 2 sachets after every 2 days (e,g, Mon, Thu) Week 3,4,5 : One sachet each week. I need suggestion on this schedule as I feel very bad pain in my knees.

I can definitely prescribe exercises for your knees to keep it away from stiffness and which inturn will calm down the lain
