My vit D level is 25 ng/ml and doctor prescribed me lumia 60K every week for 8 weeks. Is it advisable to consume it?
Also he informed my slight high liver enzymes is due to vit D deficiency.

Take the same medication or syrup ARACHITOL NANO 60,000units weekly once for 8 weeks, followed by once every month. Recheck after 6 months. Include vitamin D rich diet, walk in sunlight daily.

Take more of fortified cereals, curd, cheese, mushrooms, eggs, almond, soya.
