Low iron level , food alleRgy and low HB

Asked for Female, 49 Years

I have been suffering from food allergy since i have recovered from dengue 3 years ago and now i have been battling with food allergy and very low iron level and HB level in my blood , its difficult to eat all types of food. i also have uterine fibroid multiple in number, a few days ago i have been hospitalized to get the iron shots and body immediately reacted to it withing seconds and since then i have shivers in muscle and arrhythmia in heart . Iam not sure whats the treatment, kindly suggest
