U need a series of tests to determine the cause of low haemoglobin Iron studies, peripheral smear and HPLC, VIT B12 and folic acid levels. Then once we determine the cause of anaemia, we can give oral supplements in the form of tabs or syrups or injections

Your Haemoglobin is quite low. Please don't treat such degree of anaemia by Tele-consultation. It is better to consult a General Physician in your area who can do some investigations and give appropriate treatment. If you are pregnant you should consult a Gynaecologist.

Reason for the low hemoglobin needs to be investigated at this lower haemoglobin u need iron sucrose injections have a good iron rich diet

It generally causes extreme tiredness and breathlessness. With 6 if you have any symptoms better to go for infusions, if not it best to improve your diet and take iron supplements.
