Low hemoglobin during 2nd trimester
My hb level is slightly below 10. I am taking iron supplement and have all iron & vit c rich food like pomegranate, apple, orange, spinach, egg. What could be the reason of low hemoglobin and how can I increase it. Also what will be the impact to the baby. I am concerned

The reasons for low hemoglobin could be exccessive flow during periods inadequate intake of iron rich food Besides a good diet  you need to take iron supplements If the mother has less hemoglobin then the iron stores in the baby are also low
