Low HB level n RBC count in 32 weeks
Hello doctors, Hope u r doing well. I am 32 weeks pregnant,got my test report today and attaching it here,please go through it. Is there anything to worry about? And any diet i should follow. Please advice Thanks n warm regards.

U have low hemoglobin..do.u have any other symptoms like breathing difficulty on daily activities,u should evaluated for causes for low hemoglobin..u should take Tab albendazole 400mg 2 tablets, iron tablet twice daily and iron injection if possible.Start iron riched diet..

Hi Hemoglobin is very low . I need more history from.you ? Are u eating enough , are u vomiting after food , are u taking iron supplements regularly,  n a few more . U need proper Evaluation,  oral or iv iron has to be decided

1 .oral iron - dnt take with milk   tea, with food or with calcium supplement 2. diet - kale chane, anjeer and munnakka which is soaked overnight, anar, beetroot , apple, dates , jaggery - increase intake , little amount of all . 3 high protein diet . 4 please c a gynecologist fr sure
