Low hb in females
I had my twins last year June didn't have hb issues during pregnancy and even after pregnancy my hb was very okay like my doctor told me so she only said continue taking iron tablets she prescribed for 6 months which I don't take daily so on June I was sick so I was asked to do full blood count is attached, then recently I travelled to my country was having this tiredness, nausea..., neck pain after sleeping and the pain extended to my ears and on part of my head  the pain refused to go away, when I wake up the nausea begins with tiny headache, I have treated malaria recently with thypoid don't know what else to do.. what could be the issue,
