Low Haemoglobin.
Patient is chronically diabetic. Undergoing treatment for open wound on foot. Stiches are to be applied. But Hb was 7.7. 1 Unit Blood tranfusion done. Doctor has advised Protein powder twice a day to increase the hb further. But he has chronic kidney disease. Should he take this protein powder?

Should 60 gram protein allow, chronic kideny disease with diabetes, you should send mi at least cbc, urea, creatinine, urin routin, USG abdomen, sugar level.inj Erthropoitin required but should see all report, iron also decide after cbc report.
