Low grade fever
My fever is normal in morning i.e. 97.8-98.6 then in evening it reaches upto 99.3 is it normal or low grade I am also feeling tired and weak sometimes chills also

In the morning you had normal body temperature,and in the evening you had mild grade of fever. Detailed history is required after which i can come to a diagnosis.It maybe case of Typhoid ,Malaria,Dengue . You can take consultation from me after which i can advice you some tests according to your symptoms and then ig required i will prescribe medications for it .
