Low grade fever every evening
Hi Since last 4-5 days, i get low grade fever in the evening around 99-99.4. Both typhoid and malaria reports are negative. CBC reports are also fine. I don't need to take paracetamol as the fever comes down on its own after a while. What can be the cause?

Body temperature changes with time. Morning it's low and evening it's high. You don't have fever. Drink plenty of water.
