Low energy level calf muscle pain
Since about 3 months I am experiencing very low energy levels and tired all the time. I used to work out and follow proper diet before that. I assumed that the weakness could be because of muscle loss and will recover soon. But it kept getting worse. Also I have calf muscle inflammation all the time, especially during nights while trying to sleep. I got some tests done, vitamin profile, hemogram, thyroid profile etc. And I have low vitamin D as you can see in the attachment. But is it sufficient reason to cause such low energy levels?? How much dosage of vit D supplement is recommended??

Get creatine kinase done. Start vitamin b12 and D3 (nurokind OD 1500 once a day for 2 month and Caldikind sachet once a week for 8 weeks). If hemoglobin low then you will also need treatment for anemia.
