For low blood pressure, a home diet consisting of small, frequent meals rich in vitamin B12, iron, and folate, including foods like lean meats, fish, eggs, dairy, whole grains, and leafy greens, along with increasing salt intake and staying hydrated with electrolyte-rich beverages like coconut water and sports drinks, can help stabilize blood pressure.

Your symptoms could be related to low blood pressure, electrolyte imbalance, or nutritional deficiencies. A few tests like CBC, electrolytes, thyroid function, and vitamin B12/D levels can help identify the cause.
Next Steps
To manage this, try staying hydrated, adding more salt to your diet (if no kidney issues), and including iron- and protein-rich foods like nuts, dairy, and leafy greens. Since you’re in a PG, small changes like keeping ORS or coconut water handy can help.
Health Tips
A quick online consultation will help customize your diet and treatment plan. 😊
