Low breast milk supply
Hi, I am mother of 27days old boy. My milk is very low. Baby is on formula. I am taking galact granules and satavari. Any thing else that I can do..will pumping help? If yes please recommend some pump. Any other suggestions?

If you are feeling your supply is going low...there are techniques by which supply can increase.
Breastfeeding is the best for baby.

Eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of liquids/ milk.
Take adequate rest . Avoid stress.

Directly feed the baby for 15-20 min. Do not pump.

Hi,Eat a balanced healthy diet and drink plenty of water
Avoid stress
U can try pumping - Electric breast pumps are easier to use Medela is a good one
Try to reduce formula and breast feed frequently this helps to increase supply.
