Milk Allergy
What milk Alternative we can give to baby boy 2 year plus with Milk Allergy. Can we give sofit soya milk or calcium fortified so good soya milk? Also is Calcimax P syrup safe for him? Or How can we make sure he has enough calcium without milk and does not have calcium deficiency? Also is there any side effects of giving Similac isomil after 2 years of age apart from low nutrition values. I am unable to find any soya based or vegan formula milk for 2 years plus. The only available options are Sofit and So good soya milk.

Hi you can try almond milk, oat and ragi milk also along with soy milk, can prepare easily at home also . Include others also like ragi, tofu, nuts if not allergic, rajma broccoli til n green leafy vegetables also which are calcium rich. Can supplement with calcium from time to time . Even without milk kids have healthy growth and development if taking overall nutritious diet
