I didn't have good sleep for 2 nights. Last night I had restlessness and pain in knee and feeling of blood flow in whole body. When I get up this morning I have cold extremities both in palm and feet with weakness in legs. I took olmesar 20 mg and Met XL 50 mg. I regularly take this. After an hour my BP was 110/70. It generally stays 120/80-130/85. Is it low ? Or due to Olmesar ? I though my BP may be high because I was feeling muscle pain
