Low Blood Pressure
Can a BP of 110/80 makes you weakness in legs and arms and somewhat giddy and makes you difficult to sleep? My usual BP used to be 130/80-85.

This is called relative hypertension. Your body was used to a certin pressure and now it is reduced. Baised on your history there are various possiblities. 1) Dehydration 2) Low salt. 3) Overactive parasympathetic state. (Assuming no comorbidities and Not on any medication)
Next Steps
Check Hydration. Maintain BP chart for 3 times a day for 5 days. Get a neurological examination. Labs: ECG, Electrolytes (Na⁺, K⁺), thyroid profile, B12, and cortisol Secondary tests: 2D Echocardiography, CT Angio brain and neck.
Health Tips

BP reading you have mentioned is within the normal limits, unlikely to cause dizziness, unless you have a orthostatic hypotension.

That is normal,  unlikely to cause giddiness. However you may be having postural hypotension,  where b.p. falls more than 10 mm. Hg. On standing. Get b.p checked in sitting, standing and supine positions Avoid sitting or standing suddenly.  Sit with[egs  spread in front, lie down with legs elevated slightly for at least an hour Avoid standing for long.
