Low back pain posture change
I was sitting in bed and just i was about to lay down I got a severe low back lock and pain and from then I am not able to stand , Sit , turn around in sleep and severe pain 24hrs don't know whom to consult

Sudden lock may be associated with facet joint lock and associated with dysfunction. Still clinical examination need to be done. Consult a physiotherapist.
