I love a girl who is already married to someone. I talked her a lot before some days. But whenever she can't speak with me i can't control on self. I always think about her. I can't work properly. If she ignored me It Herts me a lot. Whenever I tried to don't think about her that time I can't do. She is always in my mind and heart. I want to get out from this. How can I get out form this?

Hi.. Meet with a psychotherapist for sessions. And Psychiatrist will also help u with a short course of medications.. Medicines will help u to get out of the repetitive thoughts and adjusting life without her.. U can perform well if ur sleep, appetite, mental health are taken care of. Relaxation exercise, CBT are needed.I have to see u clinically first then can guide u further.
