Loud stomach growling
For last 15 days I am facing serious problem with my stomach which is very much embarrassing. Stomach growling sound is loud enough to hear by near by colleagues in office. Don't know what's the cause ?
Had this problem last year too but it went off automatically but this time it's worse then ever before. How can I treat this problem. Kindly suggest. During the growling I can feel something is moving in the stomach or intestine...

1.most likely gas in the abdomen
2.avoid fasting.spicy food.cabbage.cauliflower
3.tab pantocid L 1 tab once daily before food for 1 month
3.Tab normaxin 1 tab twice daily after food for 15 days
