Lot of Flem dry cough no free breathe
Not able to breathe with ease.. nose blockage ... no proper sleep because of breathing .. slightly a tight feel in chest.. lots of Flem

Looks either an asthma attack or it can be simple nasal block.. Usually chest heaviness suggest asthma, but use nebulizer levolin right now and if you get better consult a pulmonologist for detailed asthma and allergy evaluation
