Breathless not able to breathe properly!
1) I had covid in feb2022 and since then I have this problem 2)The doctor says it's inflammation in Bronchioles but the medicine is not working 3) my pulse increase even with tiny amount of work. My inside of nose feels like burning and is blood red inside but no blood comes out. 4) I have mucus of pure white color and even after throwing it out I don't feel any releif in breathing, I feel like my nose and my wind pipe has Infalmmed and I can't breathe properly. 5) I had done a 2d echo and my cardiologist says my heart is fine, I visited a Gastroenterologist and had a endoscopy and in that it only said that "LES is LAX" And nothing else. 6) when I am in extreme temps like heat or cold the problem increases it feels like my inside of my has Infalmmed and less air is going inside and air inside of my chest just pours out too fast and I have to breathe really rapidly and again I am not tensed neither I have anxiety I remain as calm as possible. Plzzz help plzzz help.

Seems like Obstruction. You may need Bronchodilator inhalation therapy. Once check HRCT before starting to rule out lung parenchyma as post covid status. Take online consultation for better evaluation and treatment
