Shortness of breathe
Hi, i get shortness of breath sometimes and feel like taking deep breathe,  it is more at night and I can hear my heart beat. Sometimes I get chest tightness, when I press by finger on my chest where pain comes it hurts. And sometimes the pain goes till left arm to finger. I have attached chest x ray taken on 2024

Chest xray seems perfectly ok...you need an ecg and echo to rule out of there is any cardiac issue...for shortness of breath you can get a spirometry with bronchodilator done...and if there are any current stressors., you need to take care of them as well

Xray looks normal Shortness of breath can be due to lung issue or cardiac issue .. need to get evaluated properly to know the cause of your shortness of breath to treat accordingly
