Loss of smell and taste for 3 months now
Hi, From three months there is loss of smell and taste. It starts with blocked nose with itchiness inside nose and then severe headache. It's been almost 3 months now but still I can't smell and taste properly and nose blockage and headache comes often. Please advice.

you have nasal block so you're not able to appreciate the smell...first the reason for your nasal block has to be diagnosed ...it can be a simple deviation of nasal septum to polyps in your nose ...so need a detailed history & examination and if necessary a CT scan paranasal sinuses
