Hi,
The information you've given is insuffecient to make a diagnosis.
The problems you are undergoing can be due to multiple reasons. Vitamin defeciancies, low haemoglobin, hormonal imbalance etc. Please seek help from a psychiatrist. Don't worry in going to one, they will do a couple of regular blood tests to nagate all above possibilities. So, you may or may not have a mental disorder per se. Incase you're diagnosed with a mental condition continue with regular medication and psychotherapy. A combination of two works very well.
Incase you have issues related to above defeciencies still go for regular psychotherapy sessions.
Please feel free to get in touch for further assistance

Hello. Although you haven't mentioned the duration of such difficulties, it is quite evident that its causing distress and impairment in socio occupational functioning, hence qualifying it to be seen as a disorder. The next logical step should be to seek a thorough evaluation by a psychiatrist for the correct diagnosis as it may be anything from an anxiety disorder to ADHD( attention deficit hyperactive disorder). Only after which a suitable management plan can be devised. So kindly consult a psychiatrist in person, you may not necessarily require medication, a few counseling sessions would do.
