Loss of appetite, cramps, headache
The last few cycles I have had more cramps than usual. This past six months I've migraines during ovulation and periods which last atleast 2 days every time. I have one Combiflam in the beginning so it's milder. My cycle is usually between 26 to 28 days.. this time it was at 30 days.. but I had cramps and fatigue for 3 days before periods and ongoing cramps here and there through out period. This period I find that I have very low appetite, mild nausea and bloating. I also have gastric problems. Last few cycles - usually find myself using loo multiple times but the stool is not abnormal. What do I do? I find myself stressed out at the thought of upcoming periods every month.. I have always have migraines and stool problems for the past five years but the symptoms are getting slightly worse specially after u moved to london six months ago. And the next appointment I got is only after 6 months at NHS. Please do help.
