I am 23 years old i am loosing my weight.my weight is under 50 I feel no hunger I just have to eat I feel heartburn sometime and bloating please tell me what should i do

Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated . Its important to follow a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first-class​ proteins (dairy products, egg, fish, etc) complex carbohydrates (oats, brown rice etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc )along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Start ur day with exercise and walk which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie  & rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Take 3main meal and 2-3snacks per day. Follow this rule u feel cool.
