Ms.mallika majumdar. I wake up at 7:30 from 7:30 I have classes until 4. I eat idly with ghee middle I will eat noodles I will skip lunch. I will eat noodles after one hour I will eat popcorn or any other food at night I will eat rice and sleep at 11 or 12 or 1 or 2. Please help me

Avoid this much of junk foods.. your classing timing are fine but change your lifestyle.. take proper sleep of 6-8 hours. Take healthy diet. Consult directly.
