Hi, here I want to loose wait. My height is 5'-3". When I got married I was 52kg. After my first daughter I was 56kg. After that I had two missed abortion. Due to this, I weighed by 62-63kg. Now, I have an another daughter, she is 22 days old. But in this pregnancy I weighed by 73 kg. Now, My problem is I want to reduce my weight. I want to again to be in 53-55 kg. Please suggest me, what should I do to maintain my body weight.
