Wisdom teeth create problems if they are not coming correctly ie if they are locked in jaw, partially came out but in wrong position, less space to come out, partially come out and have gum over it. So better to get a full mouth x ray . It will give idea of all of your wisdom teeth. For now you  please take treatment for that particular tooth as it has infection and the adjacent tooth also need evaluation.
Next Steps
please see a dentist asap

Get an X-ray done. The wisdom tooth will probably need removal but your adjacent tooth may be infected as well and may require a root canal treatment.
