Loose motion with fever and cold
My 7 month baby suffering with watery loose motion some time green in color or some time yellow. Temperature around 100 degree. With mild cough. 10 to 15 times paas watery stool. And cry a lot. Pls prescribe any medicine for loose motion. Her weight is 7 kg. Looking very weak from 2 days.

Ensure hydration by giving him ors after every loose motions. Start Enterogermina ampoule probiotic half ampoule twice a day for 3 days and syp zincovit 2.5 ml once a day for 14 days. If loose motions persistent even after 2 days, pls opt for video consultation.
